Role & Function of District Service Teams (DST)
- Serve as a liaison between your district and Keystone AEA.
- Serve as a resource for your district’s school improvement initiatives.
- Consult with you on district/building/teacher/student needs.
- Provide and participate in your district’s professional development activities.
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of your student achievement data.
- Assist your district with the Department of Education accreditation process.
- Assist with the development and implementation of your Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) and Annual Progress Report (APR).
- Participate in your implementation of the Instructional Decision Making Model (IDM).
- Serve as a partner on your school improvement advisory committee.
