Road to Discovery
Please join us for "Road to Discovery: Transition to Adult Living, Learning and Working" at a site near you during the month of March. If you are a parent of a child with a disability approaching the ages of 14 to 21, this transition workshop is an important opportunity for you. This workshop is filled with information and resources that will support you to understand your role, rights and responsibilities in the transition planning process.
